As a dedicated Master of Social Work (MSW) Intern, Hailey brings a strong foundation in trauma-informed, youth-centered practice grounded in evidence-based approaches and social justice values. Hailey's work is driven by a deep commitment to serving vulnerable populations. She has completed specialized training in over 20 areas central to youth well-being, including Creating Safe and Inclusive Spaces for Youth, Self-Care and Secondhand Trauma Prevention, Understanding and Managing Professional Boundaries, and Youth-Centered Harm Reduction. Hailey's knowledge is reinforced by certifications in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Human Trafficking Screening and Assessment, Confidentiality in RHY Programs, Positive Youth Development, and Domestic Violence and Sexual Exploitation Response. She strives to create safe, inclusive, and empowering environments that center youth voices, honor their lived experiences, and support their holistic development. Hailey is particularly passionate about integrating harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and strength-based interventions into both direct service and program development. Through her internship and training, she will aim to build collaborative, trust-based relationships with young people while supporting systemic change that advances equity, safety, and opportunity for all youth.
